Are your children asking for snacks during quarantine?

I think we can all agree that our children are asking for snacks all day long during this

COVID-19 quarantine. One way we can help them is by providing healthy alternatives

when they open the refrigerator multiples times each day. It is very important to

maintain a healthy diet. Fruits, vegetables and cheese are some great snacking options

to provide a mouth-healthy diet and provide nutrition and the energy they require to

succeed in their day.
